Just ten minutes earlier, Bournemouth's Alex Scott fouled Ismaila Sarr and got away with it. Glasner was not happy, and he let the world know.
"We need consistency," he said, clearly frustrated. "It's either two red cards or no red card. The fourth official told me Scott's foul wasn't enough for a red."
"So, why was Richards sent off? It makes no sense," Glasner added, still reeling from the decision.
"I've been a player for years, but this is tough to handle. We were discussing the second half at half-time, and then this happens."
Despite the red card, Glasner was pleased with his team's performance. "I'm really proud of what the players showed today," he concluded.
