Chalobah has been a regular player for Chelsea this season, missing only four matches, and previously earned his first call-up to the England squad in May under Tuchel's management.
He made his debut for England in a match against Senegal, but has yet to add to his single cap.
Chalobah will join Reece James as the two Chelsea players in the latest England camp, where Tuchel will be assessing the players ahead of making his World Cup selection.
England has been performing well, winning all six of their group games without conceding a goal and scoring 18 goals in the process.
Tuchel may be keeping a close eye on Chalobah as he could potentially fill the gap in defense if Guehi is injured ahead of the tournament.
Chalobah will face competition from other players, including Dan Burn, Ezri Konsa, Jarell Quansah, and John Stones, for a starting place in the team.
