One of the players on City's radar is Wesley, a young fullback from Flamengo in Brazil. He was close to joining Atalanta last summer, but he decided to stay with Flamengo. City is interested in signing him, but the transfer fee is expected to be around €20 million.
City is also considering Tino Livramento, a fullback from Newcastle United. However, if Newcastle qualifies for the Champions League, it's unlikely that Livramento will join City.
In Italy, City is watching Nicolo Savona, a young fullback from Juventus. Juventus might be willing to sell Savona for around €20 million. If City signs Savona, they might lose interest in another Juventus player, Andrea Cambiaso, who was approached by City in January but rejected.
