Garnacho has reportedly agreed on personal terms with Chelsea and is set to join the team for a fee of £40m. The deal includes a seven-year contract for Garnacho, as well as a 10% sell-on clause for Manchester United.

Chelsea is expected to confirm the deal within the next 24 hours.
