The English club had signed Disasi on a six-month loan in January, paying £5m for the deal which did not include an option to make the transfer permanent.
Recently, Disasi has struggled to maintain his place in the team and was left out of the matchday squad for the last match against Fulham.
Villa is likely to send Disasi back to Chelsea at the end of the season, while Disasi may also face the possibility of looking for a new club at Stamford Bridge this summer.
